Can a high-density workplace still feel calm? For this leading CBD law firm, we believe it can. Guided by three principles (privacy, plants and productivity), the design reimagines how a dense office can feel open, calm and highly functional.
Four meeting rooms became eight acoustically treated quiet rooms. Oversized linear joinery gave way to sculptural curved forms with integrated planting. And 128 additional workstations were delivered within a live working environment, with minimal disruption to the firm’s day-to-day operations.

Can you fit out our office while we keep working?
Yes. For Law Firm: Bourke St, Melbourne we added 128 workstations within a live working environment, with minimal disruption to the firm’s day-to-day operations.
How long does an office fitout take?
It depends on the size of the tenancy and the extent of works. As a guide, design takes around [X–Y weeks] and construction around [X–Y weeks]. We’ll give you a realistic program once we’ve seen the space.
Do you design speculative suites for landlords?
Yes. We design speculative suites and base-build upgrades that help tenancies lease, including ESR Australia: Ricketts Rd, Mt Waverley and Harmony Property Investments: Toorak Rd, Camberwell.
Can you work with our existing furniture?
Yes. We plan around the pieces you’re keeping and help you select new furniture that fits the overall vision, as we did for Burton Partners in Narre Warren.
