L15, 350 Collins St: Melbourne

When our team was engaged to design a speculative suite on a prominent Collins Street address totalling 570sqm, we saw an opportunity to create a bespoke office space.

Soft greys, warm timber tones and white stone formed the foundation of our colour palette for a more neutral and timeless aesthetic. Deep maroon tones were integrated into the feature carpet providing a grounding element and adding warmth to the overall design. We created this new space with a wellness-oriented design approach to suit a wide array of future tenants.

Meeting rooms were strategically positioned to optimise the influx of natural daylight throughout the office space. A spacious breakout area was incorporated to foster a vibrant culture and encourage interaction among staff. Additionally, it serves as a versatile venue capable of hosting town Hall meetings or events.
