Elite Buyer Agents: Bay St, Brighton

This 250-square-metre bespoke office space, designed for a discerning buyer’s agent, is a masterclass in understated elegance and timeless craftsmanship. Located in the prestigious suburb of Brighton, the space blends classic materials with contemporary detailing to create a luxurious yet welcoming environment.

Curved walls soften the architectural language, guiding movement through the space with a sense of fluidity and calm. The timber flooring, laid in a striking chevron pattern, anchors the interiors with warmth and sophistication—an homage to centuries of enduring design tradition. There’s something inherently timeless about hardwood floors, and here, they serve as both a tactile and visual centrepiece.

Stone benchtops elevate the kitchen and bathroom areas, offering durability with a refined finish. In the bathroom, a single stone-look tile design wraps both floors and walls, creating a seamless retreat. Brass trim details—meticulously considered and obsessively executed—add a layer of opulence, catching the light and drawing the eye to every corner.

From material selection to spatial flow, every element was curated to reflect the client’s appreciation for quality, longevity, and quiet luxury.
