This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. It applies to minidesigngroup.com.au and to information you give us by email, by phone or in person.
Personal information is information that identifies you, or could reasonably identify you. Depending on how you deal with us, we may collect:
We don’t ask for sensitive information, such as health information, so please don’t include it in an enquiry. If a project needs it (for example, accessibility requirements), we’ll collect it only with your consent and use it only for that purpose.
We collect personal information directly from you when you complete an enquiry form on our website, email or call us, meet with us, sign up for project news or engage us for a project. We also collect some information automatically when you use our website (see section 5). Occasionally we receive information about you from someone else, such as a builder, consultant, building manager or colleague who refers you to us or works with us on your project.
For general questions, you can contact us without giving your name, or using a different name. To prepare a proposal or carry out a project, though, we’ll need to know who you are.

We won’t use your information for any other purpose unless you would reasonably expect us to, you consent, or the law requires or allows it.
We send project news only if you’ve ticked the opt-in box on one of our forms or otherwise asked us to. If you unsubscribe, we may still contact you about an enquiry or project you have with us.
